How long does it actually take? +
For Standard and Premium packages, from first conversation to live website is typically 10 working days. The main variable is how quickly you provide content (text, images, logo) — we ask for this within 5 days of starting. Delays on your end pause the clock, not ours.
Do I need to write all my own content? +
No. We use AI to write your page copy, service descriptions, and SEO content from a short briefing call. You'll need to provide your logo and any specific photos — stock photography is available if needed.
Which platform will my site be built on? +
We recommend Webflow or WordPress depending on your needs. WordPress is better if you want to edit content yourself. Webflow gives a cleaner, more design-forward result. For e-commerce, we use Shopify. We'll advise the right choice during your audit.
What if I don't like any of the three designs? +
We go again. If none of the three initial directions land right, we take your feedback and produce up to two further concepts at no extra charge. In practice this rarely happens — the discovery process means we understand your taste before we design anything.
How does the stock management app work? +
Once your website is built, app setup takes an additional 5–7 days. You get a custom-branded Android app, published to Google Play. Your team scans barcodes, photographs items, or types a product name — it appears on your website instantly. We handle the entire Play Store submission.
What are your payment terms? +
50% deposit before we start work — this secures your project slot. The remaining 50% is due on launch day before domain access is transferred. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after work has begun. Monthly retainer fees are billed on the 1st and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Do you work outside London? +
Yes — we work with local businesses across the UK. Discovery calls are done via video. For Standard and Premium clients who prefer an in-person meeting, we're happy to travel.
