Common questions
What's included in the setup fee?
Every package includes a free written audit of your current website, the design process (three options for Standard and Premium), the full build, two rounds of amends, Google Analytics setup, and a post-launch handover session. There are no hidden extras.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes. If you start on Standard and later want to add the stock management app, expand to more pages, or move onto a retainer, we can quote for that at any stage. Most clients upgrade within the first three months once they see the results.
Is there a contract for the monthly retainer?
No long-term contract. The monthly retainer runs month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. We keep clients because the service is worth it, not because of lock-in clauses.
How does the stock app monthly fee work?
The one-off setup fee covers building and publishing your branded Android app. The monthly subscription (£0–£30/month depending on usage) covers hosting, updates and support. The first month is included; from month two you're billed monthly.
